Residents of Bradford and Tioga Counties. You may qualify for free tax preparation through one of the United Way of Bradford County’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites if you meet any one of the following qualifications: Your household income is $72,000 or less, or You are disabled, or You are veteran, or You are Native American, or You are over 50 years old, or You speak limited English
