Resources for Human Development - Creating Increased Connections
Staffed primarily by people with the lived experience of mental health and co-occurring challenges. Our direct service includes both individual and group peer support. Additionally CIC coordinates the training institute for the Montgomery Co. Office of Behavioral Health. The mission of the training institute is to increase the competency of our workforce particularly in delivering recovery best practices and in evidence-based treatments.

Provides services to adults and children with mental illness, developmental disabilities, substance abuse and those who are homeless. Programs include therapy and counseling services, job training, assisted transportation, crisis intervention, and supportive and/or affordable housing.
