Focus Population
- Caregivers of Children
Provides eligible children with access to a variety of comprehensive preschool programming in the provision of education, health and nutritional services. Pre-K Counts is only available in Cameron and Elk Counties. Must be three years of age. HSSAP provides in home socialization visits. Breakfast and Lunch provided for Head Start/Pre-K Counts at no cost.
