Eligibility
A) Must require help in one or more of the following areas: academics, behavior, and/or attendance B) A CIS referral form must be submitted indicating WHY the student is being referred C) This is for middle school and high school-age students (children & teenagers)

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
