Referral by York County Juvenile Probation or York County Office of Children and Youth. This service is not available for public referral.

Maintains the mission of York County Human Services Division to provide equal access to services that support the safety and well-being of all eligible residents in a timely and cost-effective manner. Provides oversight of the following through the administrative office: Area Agency on Aging; Office of Children, Youth, and Families (Child Welfare Hotline: 1-800-932-0313); York-Adams Mental Health/Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (York-Adams MH-IDD); York-Adams Drug and Alcohol Commission; York-Adams Health Choices Management Unit; and York County Youth Development Center.
