Behavioral Health Outpatient Program
Outpatient Behavioral Health provides a range of responsive programs, treating adults who need help coping with life stresses and those who live with chronic mental illness. The Behavioral Health Division's broad array of specialized programs addresses the needs of diverse populations, including the elderly, the Latino community, individuals also diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, and those who struggle with co-occuring substance addiction. Services are available on site and virtual. Behavioral Health Programs include: - Intake and Outpatient Services - Open Door Clubhouse - HOPE Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program - Residential Services - Targeted Case Management - Emergency Psychiatric Services

Medical Assistance or CBH insurance is required for some of our outpatient services. The Open Door Clubhouse if funded by the Philadelphia County. There is no insurance requirement.

Assists people of all ages and cultures in the community who have developmental disabilities, mental health concerns, physical limitations and other challenges. We provide assistance at home and a broad array of services at COMHAR locations throughout Greater Philadelphia and lower Montgomery County.
