Wheels UP Program
Helps teach financial literacy and responsibility, while providing guidance, and ultimately helping to cover the costs associated with permanent transportation. Offers vehicle repair/purchase up to $2,000 and new driver assistance including, up to $1,000 for new drivers including licensing and education.

Eligibility
A) Cumberland, Perry, and Dauphin County residents only. B) Havea Pennsylvania ID or DL at the time of application. C) Must have at least one child under the age of 18 living in the household. D) Must be employed or have a stable income that is able to sustain transportation. E) Will be required to complete 2 FDIC Money Smart Lessons and Homework before being approved for funding. F) Funding must be the FINAL amount to be provided to resolve the matter. G) Case manager referral is required.
