ECS offers a broad spectrum of services to families and children, including workforce development, health and wellness, and advocacy-centered community building programs. ECS’ unique service delivery model under the new strategic direction is designed to increase participants’ access to programs and services across the organization to ensure that all participants’ complex and unique circumstances are addressed. The organization has a professional staff of 150 working in partnership with 300 volunteers to house, educate, and care for nearly 1,500 clients annually. All of the organization’s programs provide resources to help individuals gain the tools needed to lift themselves out of poverty, maintain independence, and improve their quality of life.
