Voice and Vision - Monitoring and Advocacy

Provides monitoring, satisfaction-survey, and advocacy services for individuals and families receiving mental health, substance use, or intellectual disability supports. Through interviews, focus groups, and data collection, the service assesses access, service delivery, treatment quality, quality of life, recovery, and wellness outcomes. Feedback and findings are submitted to counties, state or insurance stakeholders, providers, individuals, and families with the goal of improving system performance and support services. Also offers advocacy support: assistance with understanding rights, file grievances or requests for change, and navigate support systems when needed.
