Union-Snyder Community Action Agency - PPL Operation Help (OpHelp)

Assists customers that have difficulties paying their bill as a result of hardship and/or limited income through energy assistance grants, if available at the time of need. This program is supported by donations from PPL customers, employees, and the PPL corporation.

Residents of Union, Western portions of Northumberland County, and Snyder Counties; must be a PPL customer, be income eligible, and be payment troubled.
