Eligibility

Residents of Union, Western portions of Northumberland County, and Snyder Counties; must be a PPL customer, be income eligible, and be payment troubled.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm Tuesday, 9:30am to 4:00pm

Assists customers that have difficulties paying their bill as a result of hardship and/or limited income through energy assistance grants, if available at the time of need. This program is supported by donations from PPL customers, employees, and the PPL corporation.

Union-Snyder CAA functions to provide self-sufficiency and stability services to low-income individuals including the homeless, the working poor, the unemployed, and those unable to work. The agency strives to provide community education, organization, revitalization, and development services to assist residents and communities in addressing local needs.
