Pregnant women and children in Lycoming (Williamsport, South Williamsport, Loyalsock, and Jersey Shore) and Clinton (Lock Haven area) counties from birth through age three are eligible for enrollment. While children from low-income families are given priority, those from higher-income families may be enrolled as well.

Description

Provides early, continuous and comprehensive year-round child development and family support services for income-eligible pregnant women, infants and toddlers through their 3rd birthday and their families. Head Start services address developmental goals for children, employment and self-sufficiency goals for adults, and support for parents in both their work and child care roles. Offers home based and center based services.
