Serves adults age 18 and older experiencing chronic homelessness as defined by HUD.
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Referrals are accepted through the City of Philadelphia Office of Homeless Services' Coordinated Entry Process.

Residents in permanent housing are expected to contribute 30% of their income towards rent.

Offers individuals the opportunity to thrive in a community setting with a network of peers in recovery from homelessness, addiction, and/or mental illness.
