Must be a resident of Susquehanna County. Persons facing emergency situations, such as fleeing from domestic violence, home fire, flood, utility or energy assistance, and devastating losses.

Tuesday and Wednesday, 9:30am to 5:00pm Thursday , 9:30am to 3:00pm.
