Description
Provides housing placement, financial assistance, and stabilization services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or fleeing domestic violence. Connects clients with market-rate or subsidized units and offers life skills, wellness, employment readiness, and peer support through COLOURS’ in-house programs.
