Private pay, long term care insurance, provider for the Community Health Choices (formerly Medicaid Waiver program) for consumers enrolled with AmeriHealth Caritas and PA Health & Wellness, provider for the Veterans Administration. Medicare Advantage and Medicare Guide Provider, provider for the Holocaust Survivors Network. Also offers assistance at no cost with providing the resources on how to determine eligibility for said programs.
