Provides a $2 match for every $1 which is up to a $4,000 match for $2,000 saved. Savers must work and want to save towards first home purchase, post-secondary school costs, vehicle or small business costs.

Eligibility
Participants must be at least 16 years old, employed, be under 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline OR received the Earned Income Tax Credit on their federal tax returns, and have a net worth of less than $10,000. Participants must agree to open a savings account at partnering banks in order to save their earned income over a period of time with the goal of using their savings and match monies to: A) purchase their first home, B) attend higher education or training, C) start or expand their small business, or D) make a vehicle purchase
