Individuals diagnosed as having intellectual and developmental disabilities.

All referrals come through the Developmental Disabilities Department of the Community Guidance Center or Armstrong County Family Counseling Center.
Fees
Residential clients are charged a room and board amount monthly. All other fees are covered by government funding. Call for details.
