Eligibility

Aged 55 or older, Receiving a disability income, Receiving Unemployment Compensation, Recent loss of income within 30 days ( must be verified), Experiencing a medical emergency (accompanied by verification from a physician), Be a Veteran or employed with an income between 0%-200% of poverty income guidelines. Must have made 3 payments in the last 12 month period Must apply for LIHEAP first

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm Closed 12:00pm - 12:30pm for lunch Tuesday and Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm

Assists with National Fuel payment and alternate heating sources on a case by case basis for eligible households.

Assistance with housing, mortgage and budget planning, utilities and rent, and emergencies. Food pantries, clothing, and counseling for at-risk families in their homes. Education in anger management, homemaking, and parenting. Community Based Care Management program providing short term case management to provide health related social needs in relation to behavioral health and/or substance use disorder.
