Eligibility
Aged 55 or older, Receiving a disability income, Receiving Unemployment Compensation, Recent loss of income within 30 days ( must be verified), Experiencing a medical emergency (accompanied by verification from a physician), Be a Veteran or employed with an income between 0%-200% of poverty income guidelines.
Must have made 3 payments in the last 12 month period
Must apply for LIHEAP first
