Community Care Behavioral Health - Chester County

Community Care Behavioral Health (CCBH) is the managed care organization that authorizes behavioral health mental health or drug and alcohol services to eligible medical assistance members under HealthChoices. CCBH authorizes these services for Medicaid eligible individuals who live in Chester County. CCBH's mission is to improve the health and well-being of the community through the delivery of effective and accessible behavioral health services.
