  • Enhanced Personal Care Home (EPCH):Provides residential services to adults with chronic mental health conditions, offers community living opportunities, supports and assists residents with personal care needs and access to community services, including social and/or personal adjustment. Areas of need focused on are personal hygiene, daily living skills, medication management/administration, community social services, recreational activities, health services, laundry services and dietary needs.
20-bedroom facility with a home atmosphere with a fully functional kitchen, dining area, living room, activity room, sitting area, multiple full and half bathrooms and a front yard and back yard with patio furniture included.
