Partners with families in need of safe, affordable housing. Homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. We also package the USDA 502 Direct Loan which is a subsidized mortgage for very low-income families down to 1% over 33-38 years.

Offers programs for critical home repair and for people to donate vehicles to be used for our Critical Home Repairs Project. We do not give out cars. Currently accepting applications for home ownership/building at this time.
