Anyone who receives SSI and/or social security benefits and is open with SAM (Service Access Management)
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pmm
Application process
Appointment required. Must be open with SAM. The SAM worker calls to set up an appointment.
Fees
$40.00 Monthly; A fixed rate fee is applied based upon the service that is received. Individuals should ask when scheduling.

Provides financial management services. Receives income payments, prepares and administers budgets, communicates with landlords, vendors, and Social Security, and disburses funds on behalf of the individual. Individuals receive a monthly statement showing income, disbursements, and current account balances.

Serves as a non-profit agency that provides services to adults in the IDD system, delinquent and dependent children, and adults with a mental health diagnosis. Offers services that include residential (Life Sharing and foster care), permanency/adoption, and Rep-payee services.
