Description
Offers Daytime Centers with a meal served at noon. An APPRISE Counselor visits each Center to assist participants with the complexities of health insurance, insurance benefits, Medicare and Medicaid, claims filing, consumer protection, and other current issues. Transportation is available to and from each center through Indigo. Offers scheduled shopping trips and provides transportation to medical/therapy appointments.
