Provides the dollar equivalent of three months rent, and up to a $1000 stipend to cover moving costs for low-income families of three or more residing in Philadelphia. Assistance comes on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Email to apply, or visit the intake website to complete the application form. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, with priority being given to Philadelphia families with a income lower than $52,000 a year. *APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED*

Eligibility
Any household at or below 80% AMI is eligible to apply. All applications will be accepted, but priority will be given to households at or below 50% AMI. The landlord of the residence must agree to receiving money through FreshStart.
