Adults with intellectual disabilities; Adults age 18 or older with a primary diagnosis of mental health issues for Adult Day Services and adolescents/ adults with intellectual disabilities for Residential Services

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Adult Day Program: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 3:00pm
