A) Homeless or near homeless individuals who can prove they are able to be self-sufficient - Call for information B) Able to show that they can meet their expenses once they receive help C) Must have been a resident for the last 6 months in Franklin County D) Must be under 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines - Call for information
Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Friday, 8:00am to 12:00pm
Have a referral sent by a housing specialist to receive services and complete an application.
