Provides supportive services to very low-income Veteran families living in or transitioning to permanent housing. Also provides eligible Veterans and their families with outreach, case management, and assistance in obtaining VA and other benefits.

Also has a small food pantry (can serve anyone but focuses on items appropriate for homeless individuals).

Provides eligible veteran households with outreach, assessment, case management, advocacy and assistance in obtaining VA and other benefits, which may include housing counseling, legal support, credit repair, financial planning services, and time-limited, temporary financial assistance.

Provides temporary housing for homeless families in a boarding house type environment. A case manager works with each family to create an action plan to obtain permanent housing upon leaving the program in a four-month time frame.

Offers emergency shelter referrals, transitional housing eferrals, permanent supportive housing options, homeless Veteran employment services, and support for Veterans involved in the legal system.

Services for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD); designed to connect these individuals to safe, stable and permenant housing. Contact your Drug Treatment Program Specialist/Provider for information and access to program referral. Treatment specialists are familiar with program protocol.

Assists individuals in securing financial resources, applying for pertinent documents, searching for housing and applying for housing. In some cases, multiple months of rent may be paid along with a security deposit. Other supports, include furniture, household supplies, payments for accessing documents and other unique needs.

Provides funding for those living in Cumberland County who are at risk of becoming homeless. Offers homeless prevention that assists those who have housing right now but who may become homeless soon because they lost income or had another eligible emergency that prevents them from paying rent. Assistance may include the following: Payment of rent arrears to prevent eviction; Utility shut-offs; Security deposits for housing; First month's rent for housing; Assistance covering the cost of housing applications; Pay for transportation to a confirmed location with support to avoid street homelessness; and Assistance with bedding and toiletry supplies if experiencing homelessness.

Provides activity based curriculum with lessons that focuses on all aspects of health and wellbeing.

Provides emergency rental assistance with either the first month's rent or a security deposit OR the funds to remain in current living situation or utility assistance. Serves as an assessment center for intake into the Western PA continuum of care for housing services.

Works with clients past the fulfillment of basic needs to provide the support necessary for clients to achieve long-term stability. Offers a variety of long-term support, education, and counseling services on topics such as budgeting and buying a home.
