Provides $24 vouchers to buy state-grown fruits and vegetables at local farmers' markets. Offers vouchers on a one-time only per summer basis. First Come, First Serve. Vouchers are available at all Perry County Senior Centers and the Perry County Area Agency on Aging.
Provides a set of vouchers ($24 value) for seniors to use at participating farmers markets between June 1st and November 30th, but checks must be obtained by September 30th.
Recipients will receive a total of $25 to be used at local farmers’ markets during our in-person Drive Through distribution events in Lycoming and Clinton Counties.

Helps individuals and families with one-time needs and tangible assistance. Assistance may include help with rent, utilities, prescriptions, and other needs. Help and amounts vary by conference. Also provides vouchers for clothing, household items, and furniture for use at Saint Vincent de Paul thrift stores. Sponsors a food pantry in Butler that serves over 500 families every month. Food bank members can expect to receive vegetables, fruit, meat, dairy products, and non-perishable items. In addition, more than 20 Society Conferences host food pantries and many others provide some form of food assistance.

Provides vouchers for the purchase of fruits or vegetables that are grown in Pennsylvania from the area farmer's market stands.
Offers hot meals and home-delivered meals to homebound older adults. Provides APPRISE counselors who help with Medicare information and resources. Assists with income tax, the Rent/Property Tax Rebate Program, LIHEAP, and PACE assistance forms and applications. Offers health screenings, produce vouchers, referrals, health and nutrition education, volunteer opportunities, and social, physical, and recreational activities. Also operates as a cooling station for those who cannot adequately cool their homes or do not have a place to cool down.

Issues vouchers at over 40 participating congregations and social service agencies in Erie and surrounding area for a variety of needs, as available.
Vouchers to participating grocery stores to purchase basic needs such as food, toilet paper, baby formula, diapers, over-the-counter medication, etc. Non-essential items such as cigarettes/nicotine products, alcohol, or non-store gift cards may not be purchased with the vouchers. NOTE: If people need help with utilities, rent, or fuel they can call Saint Vincent dePaul at 814-643-2222 or The Salvation Army at 814-646-1430.

Provides eligible individuals with vouchers to purchase Pennsylvania-grown produce at participating farmers’ markets and farm stands. Vouchers are distributed in the summer and may be used through November.
As Council funds permit, heat and utilities aid is available and can be provided on a one time basis to any resident family or individual faced with a crisis or tragedy who are unable to make payment. Contact information to secure an application may be accessed from any affiliated church pastor or at Schuylkill Haven Borough Hall. Likewise, pass through travelers incurring an emergency may inquire from the Schuylkill Haven or PA State Police about overnight lodging and food.
