Distributes TEFAP allocations to five food pantries located in Mansfield, Westfield, Wellsboro, Millerton and Tioga. Each person or family is able to make one visit a month to the food pantry closest to their home.

Solicits surplus food from local industry and effectively distributes these foods through a network of community organizations including food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters. Provides SNAP outreach services, facilitating client eligibility screenings, and COMPASS applications.

Collects food from Catholic parishes, church-related organizations, and other institutions and distributes it to food cupboards and meal programs serving people in need. The program provides a way for individuals and organizations to contribute to the food needs of the poor.

Operates a venison donation program that distributes meat to people through food banks. May also occasionally accept donated elk, moose, and caribou meat if handled by a licensed and inspected meat processor.
