Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) is a Federal program that helps supplement the diets of low-income persons including the elderly, by providing them with emergency food and nutrition assistance. Distributes TEFAP allocations to five food pantries located in Mansfield, Westfield, Wellsboro, Millerton and Tioga. Each person or family is able to make one visit a month to the food pantry closest to their home.
