The program provides security deposit and first month's rent, as well as a number of months of rental assistance for qualified households experiencing homelessness. Clients secure their own lease.
Provides connections permanent housing through a use of time-limited financial assistance and supportive services. Can assist with first month's rent, deposit, short rental subsidy (1-3 months), and medium rental subsidy (3-6 months).

* Emergency Housing Assistance (EHA) will provide one month rent/security deposit to individuals who are in danger of eviction or homelessness. Individuals must meet eligibility and affordability guidelines and requirements and may receive assistance only one time. *Other Homeless Prevention and Rapid Rehousing Services in the form of security/utility deposits, first month rent, rental arrears, or current month's rent are also available to individuals experiencing a hardship that are either "homeless" or at "risk of homelessness". Some income, eligibility, residency, and affordability guidelines and requirements exist and can vary by program.

Transitional, or Bridge Housing, provides a home for individuals and families who have experienced homelessness. Residents continue to receive individualized Case Management to set goals, access resources, maintain stability, and grow into a more independent lifestyle.
Provides supportive services to very low-income Veteran families living in or transitioning to permanent housing. Also provides eligible Veterans and their families with outreach, case management, and assistance in obtaining VA and other benefits.

Emergency Housing - Helps individuals and families get off the streets, out of unsafe environments, and begin their journey towards housing stability. Provides them with a fully secured place to rest, plenty of food, and all the daily necessities of living. Also provides intensive case management to help them fulfill their goals. A typical stay in one of their emergency housing is 30 - 60 days. Residential Housing - Provides transitional services that serve as stepping stones for participants who work through the 60 day program. They own several properties across Lancaster Counties which are used to provide individuals and families housing at a much lower than typical rental rate while providing participants continued case management. This empowers individuals and families to develop a budget, increase savings, and fulfill their personal goals prior to moving into permanent housing.
