Serves as the Coordinated Entry agency for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Westmoreland County. Works with the Western Pennsylvania Continuum of Care (WCoC) system to provide emergency shelter, transitional housing, help with locating and establishing a new residence, and case management for individuals and families experiencing homelessness throughout the region.

Provides them with a fully secured place to rest, plenty of food, and all the daily necessities of living. Also provides intensive case management to help them fulfill their goals. A typical stay in one of their emergency housing is 30 - 60 days. Residential Housing - Provides transitional services that serve as stepping stones for participants who work through the 60 day program. They own several properties across Lancaster Counties which are used to provide individuals and families housing at a much lower than typical rental rate while providing participants continued case management. This empowers individuals and families to develop a budget, increase savings, and fulfill their personal goals prior to moving into permanent housing.

Serves as the Coordinated Entry General Assessment Agency for Lawrence County. Offers comprehensive supportive services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness; assists them to obtain and retain housing, increase their income, and move toward self-sufficiency. Provides individualized financial literacy and/or budgeting assistance, help finding suitable housing in the location of the participant's choice, assistance with landlord/participant negotiations. Helps to secure and maintain utility services for participants, and assists them to get furnishings, utensils, and other necessary living items.
