Establishes a goal to quickly identify homeless people, prevent homelessness, assess needs, and connect them to housing and services. Serves as the Access site for Cumberland County through Community CARES. This site also attempts to divert homelessness with prevention services where possible.

• Assist a household that cannot otherwise be diverted or prevented from homelessness connect with the shelter that best fits the household's needs and goals.
• Assist persons experiencing homelessness to be quickly re-housed and stabilized

Provides 24-hour shelter for men experiencing homelessness in Beaver County. Also offers wraparound services to ensure that participants are able to transition successfully to permanent housing and independence. Self-serve breakfast items and prepared lunch/dinner are provided daily.
