Serves as assessment office for intake into Western Pennsylvania continuum of care housing services. Provides emergency shelter, homelessness prevention, permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, and educational support. Permanent supportive housing and shelter plus care programs include intensive case management.

Provides temporary emergency shelter. Provides men with food, shelter, spiritual counsel, casework, and networking.

Families are provided shelter at local congregations in evening and provided transportation to the day center during day hours. Meals are served at day center and families have access to showers and are able to do laundry. Services are available for 4 to 6 months.

Offers temporary emergency shelter on a first-come, first-served basis for 14 men experiencing homelessness. After screening, each guest receives a warm meal, access to a shower, and a place to sleep. Supportive services available.

Provides housing related coordinated entry intake services for men experiencing homelessness. Individuals are placed in appropriate emergency housing, boarding homes, or alternative housing. Other services provided as needed.

Offers five renovated apartments for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The program combines temporary shelter and supportive services so that shelter guests can progress to permanent housing and achieve independent living and family self-sufficiency. Families remain together during their stay at the shelter and may stay up to 30 days while permanent housing is being coordinated.

Emergency Housing - Helps individuals and families get off the streets, out of unsafe environments, and begin their journey towards housing stability. Provides them with a fully secured place to rest, plenty of food, and all the daily necessities of living. Also provides intensive case management to help them fulfill their goals. A typical stay in one of their emergency housing is 30 - 60 days. Residential Housing - Provides transitional services that serve as stepping stones for participants who work through the 60 day program. They own several properties across Lancaster Counties which are used to provide individuals and families housing at a much lower than typical rental rate while providing participants continued case management. This empowers individuals and families to develop a budget, increase savings, and fulfill their personal goals prior to moving into permanent housing.

The ESG is broken down into two sections: Rapid Re-housing and Homelessness Prevention. This program provides rental assistance for eligible individuals/families when facing eviction and provides rapid re-housing for individuals/families who are literally homeless. This program runs on an 18-month cycle with renewals.
