Provides loans to very-low-income homeowners to repair, improve, or modernize their homes, or provides grants to elderly, very-low-income homeowners to remove health and safety hazards.

Offers loans between $1,000 and $10,000 for specific energy efficiency repairs at a fixed-rate of one percent (1%) for ten years with no prepayment penalties. The specific uses for the HEELP funds are: air sealing, insulation and ductwork, energy efficient windows and doors energy efficient heating or cooling system repairs or replacements, and roof replacements.

Assists homeowners to rehabilitate owner occupied homes to repair any code violation and to meet housing quality standards. Possible repairs include: correcting code violations, repairing major systems such as heating, electrical, plumbing and roofing, making the home more energy efficient, structural components (walls, decks and porches), and windows and doors. Not for Emergency Work.

Provides a mini-grant to low and moderate-income homeowners and moderate-income homeowners who reside in the City of Erie. The program can provide up to $4,000 in assistance. Must be income-eligible to qualify and live in the home for more than 1 year.

Administers the services and programs of the City of Lebanon including: permits and licenses, recreation, community and economic development, accounts and finances, engineering, traffic, highway, recycling, building and zoning, shade trees, bureau of police, and public safety.

Offers a variety of housing programs.

Offers opportunities for homeowners, tenants, and owners of rental property. There are forgivable interest-free housing rehabilitation loans, grants for accessibility upgrades, forgivable interest-free down payment and closing cost assistance loans, free legal assistance, housing stabilizing short term funding, programs to stimulate both new construction and substantial rehabilitation, and programs to stimulate production of rental housing.

Performs home repairs to address critical health and safety issues, accessibility issues for seniors and people with disabilities, and housing code violations. Offers no-interest loans up to $5,000 (higher for roof repairs) to qualifying partners used to repair critical damage to a home or eliminate immediate hazards to health, safety, and/or sanitation. Loans can also be used for home preservation activities.

Provides down payment, closing costs and Rehabilitation. Participants can receive up to $24,999 in assistance. Program is for First time homebuyers who are looking to purchase a home in the City of Erie.

Offers single-family housing programs assisting in the purchase, construction, and repair of homes. Provides rural rental housing programs to assist in new construction or rehabilitate existing multi-family housing projects and build or improve community facilities. Assists rural businesses.

Assists low- and very low-income applicants obtain decent, safe, and sanitary housing in eligible rural areas by providing payment assistance. Offers mortgage financing to help applicants buy, build, improve, or repair a rural home as their primary residence. Payment assistance is a temporary subsidy that reduces the mortgage payment for a short time to increase an applicant’s repayment ability.

Administers major federal grant programs and supports the Department of Community Planning and Economic Development in building strong neighborhoods and elevating quality of life for residents in the City of Lancaster. Promotes equitable and sustainable community development with delivering programs that facilitate safe and affordable housing options, improve environmental conditions, create economic opportunity and stability, reduce homelessness, and increase access to services.

The HOME Program provides funding for landlords to rehabilitate their buildings and for rehabilitation of agency-owned housing.

Provide housing rehabilitation to income-eligible homeowners, including repairing or replacing roofs, windows, leaking pipes & HVAC systems; improving home energy efficiency, remediating or removing mold, lead & radon; remodeling kitchens or baths; installing grab and other rehabilitations.

Serves as the governing legislative body for Carbon County. Oversees county operations, including administration/ human resources, economic development, corrections, court services, emergency services, fiscal affairs, human services, public works, and the offices of the Coroner, Public Defender, Sheriff, and Solicitor.

Offer 0% interest loans to low and moderate-income homeowners who reside in Lancaster County outside the Lancaster city limits. Loans are for code and safety issues only. A lien is placed on the homeowner's property and no monthly payments are required. Loans are not due until the home is sold, or the deed is transferred. (i.e. plumbing, electrical, replace/repair all types of heating systems, roof, structural/foundation issues)

Provides low interest loans and/or grants for home improvements to those Wilkes-Barre City homeowners who qualify. Eligible rehabilitation work will consist of repairs to correct housing code violations and lead based paint reduction activities.

Provides loans and grants to low-income homeowners to repair, improve, or modernize a home or to remove health and safety hazards.

Helps Philadelphia homeowners to access low-interest home equity loans to invest in their properties. Offers a 10-year fixed-rate 3% interest home equity term loan ranging from $2,500 to $50,000 (inclusive of 10% contingency) to eligible homeowners, alongside financial counseling services.

Offers low-interest and no-interest home improvement loans to eligible homeowners within eligible areas of Allegheny County. Emergency/Priority Improvement Loans are available for the repair or correction of a code violation or emergency condition that presents a health and safety hazard (examples: roof or furnace replacement). General Improvement Loans are available for the purpose of completing general or multiple home improvements.

Offers assistance to repair or replace on-lot septic system or to connect for the first time to a public sewer system. This product has a low interest and provides up to $25,000 with a 20 year term.

Offers no-interest loans to pay for materials for home repairs that will be done by volunteers. Repairs provided by volunteers include exterior painting, landscaping, accessible ramp repair, and other exterior repairs offered at the discretion of the agency.

Offers 1% loans up to $10,000 for energy efficient home repairs for those with low and moderate incomes. The loans can pay for air sealing, insulation and ductwork, energy-efficient windows and doors, heating and cooling system repairs or replacements, roof replacements, and remediation of barriers preventing Weatherization services. Low interest loans at 1% through PA Housing Finance Agency for income eligible families.

Provides financial assistance to eligible owner/occupants of residential housing for the rehabilitation of their homes.
