There are forgivable interest-free housing rehabilitation loans, grants for accessibility upgrades, forgivable interest-free down payment and closing cost assistance loans, free legal assistance, housing stabilizing short term funding, programs to stimulate both new construction and substantial rehabilitation, and programs to stimulate production of rental housing.

Possible repairs include: correcting code violations, repairing major systems such as heating, electrical, plumbing and roofing, making the home more energy efficient, structural components (walls, decks and porches), and windows and doors. Prioritizes practical home safety improvements, including wheelchair ramps that provide safe entry and exit, flooring repairs that remove trip hazards, handrails and grab bars that improve stability, tub-to-shower modifications that make bathing safer and more accessible, and platform and stair repairs that help prevent falls.

Sells donated building supplies, home goods, and furnishings (both new and gently used) at discounted prices. All proceeds go towards financing the land, equipment, and other supplies needed by the home building programs.
