Homeowers are able to share their homes with people looking for housing in exchange for rent, help around the house, or a combination of both. The program was designed to help senior citizens age at home if they choose. Participants cannot be charged more than 30% of their income.

Provides affordable housing. The house has four areas, each area has a number of private bedrooms and shared kitchen, living area, and bathrooms. Furniture is provided for those that need it. Leases are month to month, paid at the beginning of the month. Water, sewer, trash, recycling, electric, natural gas heating, cooling, and WI-FI are including in the rent.
