The Communities of Don Guanella and Divine Providence serve men and women over the age of 21 with Intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities.

Catholic Health Care Services (CHCS) provides short and long term nursing care at six skilled nursing homes, two independent living facilities and three assisted living facilities (personal care) throughout the region. CHCS further supports and operates various community benefit programs and oversees a treatment center for Catholic religious and priests.

Residents have access to meals, community amenities, therapeutic recreation and social activities, and housekeeping services.
