Catholic Health Care Services (CHCS) provides short and long term nursing care at six skilled nursing homes, two independent living facilities and three assisted living facilities (personal care) throughout the region. CHCS further supports and operates various community benefit programs and oversees a treatment center for Catholic religious and priests.

Our one- and two-bedroom cottages come with up to 1,600 square feet of living space. Providing the comfort and privacy of a stand-alone home, we offer five styles to choose from. From personalized accommodations to plenty of room for entertainment, you'll enjoy all the premium features that come with your cottage home. Personal home garages, detached carports, resident gardens, along with beautiful patios, enclosed porches, or sunrooms add to your cottage living experience.

Spaces include living, family and intimate dining rooms. Residents enjoy menu selections for three meals per day. This personal care setting allows for many resident needs to be met as well as a variety of programming. Residents enjoy a smaller community within the benefits of a larger community. Services include medication support, 24 hour security, hair care, educational programs, events, on site banking, shuttle service, and health services.

Independent living for seniors that focuses on preventative health and maintaining independence through life and additional support through our personal care program.

Skills supports people up to 24 hours a day in homes throughout central PA. Our staff provide personal and medical care and ensure that the people they support are healthy, happy, and safe.

Offers 30 units: 28 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom apartments. The complex is designed to serve elderly, handicapped, and disabled individuals, offering affordable housing options in a safe living environment.

Offers a continuing care retirement community with short term rehabilitation services available.

Develops, rehabilitates, and manages subsidized housing for low and moderate income families, older adults, and persons with disabilities.

110-bed skilled nursing facility. Offers short term rehabilitation and long-term placement. Provides opportunities to participate in a variety of activities and programs that encourage personal growth.

The Communities of Don Guanella and Divine Providence serve men and women over the age of 21 with Intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities.

Maintains an adult community adjacent to Pennypack Park and Fox Chase Farm with access to surrounding parks and nature trails. Offers maintenance-free living in both condominiums and apartments. Also has a clubhouse with a fitness center, Grand Room, Club Room, heated indoor/outdoor pool, Creative Arts Studio and cafe.

Provides indepentent living rental apartments for older adults.

Provides independent living and assisted living services for older adults. Short and long term care, respite, rehabilitation, post-hospital, and vacation services are available.

Offers case management services for the elderly residents of the Alexander W. Thompson elderly housing complex , senior citizen meetings , guest speaker series for topics concerning senior citizen Health and well-being , fund raising activities conducted by senior citizens , senior walking/exercise program three days a week , and low impact aerobic/weight lifting/exercise program for seniors.
