Supported Living Program helps individuals to find housing and/or develop the independent living skills to maintain their housing. Allied Services does not have housing but helps to navigate the housing system process.

Services to maintain independent living provided in the home and/or community.

CSG offers a wide range of support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services are individualized and driven by the needs and goals of the individual and his or her loved ones, with a focus on increasing independence at home and in the community. Support includes: Residential living arrangements; Supported care for individuals who live on their own or with their families; Employment services that provide the guidance needed to find and retain jobs; Adult day programs in both group and individual settings; Behavioral support services.

Provides individuals who have shown a high level of skill but still require some assistance in living in the community with housing. Provides up to eight hours per day supervision. Resident Advisers assist individuals in cooking, banking, shopping, doctor's appointments and can be available for any other questions or concerns that an individual may have.

Provides trained staff in each home to assist individuals in various aspects of household routines such as shopping, laundry, cooking, budgeting and entertaining.

Provides one-on-one assistance with everyday activities, this level offers services like bathing, dressing, or taking medications.

Health Services Department led by a Medical Director and offering services by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and nurses specializing in Psychiatric care.
