Licensed Community Homes are able to provide round the clock assistance and supervision of an individual both in the home and in the multitude of social and community gatherings that are offered through providers. Life Sharing through Family Living allows an individual to live in a family environment with trained individuals providing care. Depending upon the consumer, these homes can be licensed or unlicensed.

Provides independent living and assisted living services for older adults. Short and long term care, respite, rehabilitation, post-hospital, and vacation services are available.

Provides supportive community homes for individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities. - Community Homes: Provide 24 hr supervision - Supported Living: 30 hrs/week in home services. Provide assistance with cooking, cleaning, financial management, managing medical appointments, personal hygiene, etc - Family Living: Match individuals with families that are compatible.

Staff assists individuals in refining their skills to the level necessary for complete independence.

Offers personal care services in the home, and domiciliary care for adults ages 60 and over.
