Services are individualized and driven by the needs and goals of the individual and his or her loved ones, with a focus on increasing independence at home and in the community. Support includes: Residential living arrangements; Supported care for individuals who live on their own or with their families; Employment services that provide the guidance needed to find and retain jobs; Adult day programs in both group and individual settings; Behavioral support services.

Our unique restorative Nursing program provides quality care while maximizing our residents independence. A variety of services include but are not limited to, family style dining, continuous indoor walking paths promoting freedom of movement in a safe environment, life affirming activities, memorabilia shadow boxes for each resident displayed outside their room, comprehensive individual life stories, and 24 hr professional caring staff trained to support those with symptoms of dementia.
