Services are designed to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities living on their own or with others in the community. Service is provided according to the needs of the individual. The objective is to help them live as independently as possible and to connect them to natural supports that provide a network for continued independence.

Liberty House provides permanent housing and supportive living services to individuals with mental illness and their families. Case management services are provided on site. Residents must be eligible for section 8 housing, and have a mental health diagnosis.

Provides personal care services including bathing and personal hygiene, mobility assistance, medication supervision, scheduling of medical appointments and transportation, home-cooked meals including the preparation of special nutritional requirements or diets, housekeeping, laundry and linens, and other specialized medical services.

Provides adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health challenges the opportunity to live as independently as possible in homes with 24/7 support or a more independent living arrangement. Options include community group homes, licensed Lifesharing or unlicensed Lifesharing.

Provides residential services and supports, for individuals 18 and older who have a mental health diagnosis. Also offers a supportive housing program.

Lifesharing provides people with disabilities with an opportunity to live as part of an extended family in the community. Participants are given the choice of where and with who they want to live.

Offers veterans six extended care facilities throughout the state. Care provided includes personal care, skilled nursing care, domiciliary care, and dementia care.

Provides an assisted living facility for those who require some assistance with daily living. Services include assistance with medication, housekeeping, transportation, dining and recreation. Also provides Assistance with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and other activities of daily living.

Provides the following day programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disability (IDD):

• Adult developmental services to increase independence in activities of daily living and community integration
• Employment placement services for persons with developmental disabilities into competitive employment. Long-term support provided to employers as well as the employees.

Provides residential programs for individuals with mental illness.

• Enhanced Personal Care Home (EPCH):Provides residential services to adults with chronic mental health conditions, offers community living opportunities, supports and assists residents with personal care needs and access to community services, including social and/or personal adjustment. Areas of need focused on are personal hygiene, daily living skills, medication management/administration, community social services, recreational activities, health services, laundry services and dietary needs.

20-bedroom facility with a home atmosphere with a fully functional kitchen, dining area, living room, activity room, sitting area, multiple full and half bathrooms and a front yard and back yard with patio furniture included.

Adult Residential services: Training in daily living skills and social services to persons with intellectual disabilities who desire a Christian lifestyle and living environment. The primary purpose of the program is to maximize the potential of every individual Life-sharing Program: Christian family will provide a loving home and support for an adult with an intellectual disability Supported Living: Offer individualized support to high-functioning individuals with an intellectual disability living in their own homes or apartments in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties.

Offers private and semi-private rooms with skilled nursing, medication management, and personal care services.

A continuing care retirement community that offers comprehensive services and accommodations for residents, including independent living, personal care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation and in-home support. It is affiliated with Presbyterian Senior Living.

Supported Living Program helps individuals to find housing and/or develop the independent living skills to maintain their housing. Allied Services does not have housing but helps to navigate the housing system process.

Leases Elder cottages (small, separate, manufactured residences) that are temporarily placed in the side or rear yard of an older adult's friend or family member. Provides safety and autonomy for older adults with easy access to family members who can provide assistance. Resident will pay no more than 30% of their income on rent.

Offers a continuing care retirement community with short term rehabilitation services available.
