Provides 24/7 restoration homes for domestic sex-trafficking survivors

Housing units for families that have successfully met the graduation requirements of the Family Promise program. Families are welcome to stay at Promise House for up to 18-24 months. Families will continue to receive case management and other support services while residing at the Promise House.

Provides transitional housing to any individual that is 18 years or older. 25 room occupancy, with one handicap accessible unit. Serves anyone from any area, not just Chester County.

Provides transitional housing to help families achieve sustainable independence through safe shelter and services by a collaborative network of community organizations. Case Manager works with each family to plan their rapid return to independent housing. Helps with the services a family might need, such as: securing housing, employment, job training, and connecting to services. Pets with a Promise allows families to keep their pets while working towards independence in the program.

Provides transitional housing and supportive services to veterans who are experiencing homelessness, with the goal of each individual moving into permanent housing as soon as they are able to do so (average length of stay is six months). Several levels of supports are available through the Transitional Housing Programs, depending on the needs of the individual.

Provides affordable housing, self-sufficiency coaching, and educational supports to help families achieve long-term stability. Helps client families plan and achieve family goals. Coaching designed to help families reach goals concerning child care, education, employment, finances, home management, parenting, personal development, physical and mental health, and recovery from substance use.

Offers two transitional housing programs: Nehemiah’s Way in the North Wales area, and Bridge Housing in the Norristown area. Provides a “bridge” between our shelter and independent, community living. Designed to enable families to become self-sufficient and help reduce the risk of them returning to a domestic violence situation.

Provides housing and support services for young adults who have mental health concerns. Service assists residents to connect with necessary resources that will enable them to achieve and maintain self sufficiency.

Supportive housing for single women with no more than two child under the age of 11, who are working towards self-sufficiency.

Provides communal housing to assist homeless individuals with mental illnesses who are active members of society and want to live independently. Those who benefit most are persons who may not be able to afford things like rent, food, transportation and utilities on their own, but could do so with the help of other house mates. Lodge members share in the day-to-day experiences of running a home, and do so more affordably than if they lived on their own. Lodge members create their own house rules and manage their own activities. Lodges are member-managed. Staff assist only as needed and are available in emergency situations.

Transitional housing program for youth 16-21. Not an Emergency Shelter.

Pennsylvania MENTOR’s dedicated team is available 24/7 to respond to emergency placement calls for children and adults. One of our experienced professionals will be there to answer calls and begin the placement process after office hours and on weekends and holidays.

Provides a 30 day emergency shelter for women, men and children, providing a safe place to stay while working to secure permanent housing, case management, life skills education, employment readiness, and financial literacy.

Short term transitional housing for homeless families referred by Lehigh County or Northampton County. Case management, life skills classes and children's programs provided to residents.

Provides emergency transitional housing for women and children. Works in conjunction with advocates and agencies to offer relevant and supportive intervention services when necessary. Offers a safe place where formerly homeless women can finish education, get jobs, and learn skills needed to transition into a more independent life.

Offers a 13-month residential life recovery ministry designed for those who have expressed a desire to change their lives, both physically and spiritually. Encourages individual accountability and responsibility using a Biblical based class curriculum, work assignments, and counseling.

Provides housing units for an indefinite period of time or until families are able to secure housing within the community. Each unit has two to three bedrooms, private living rooms and shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Supportive housing for chemically dependent and homeless men with mental health concerns.

Bridges the gap from emergency shelter to permanent housing. Participants receive case management and support services as they transition towards self-sufficiency.

Transitional housing for victims of domestic violence and their children.

Provides immediate shelter to women Veterans for 30 to 90 days and offers intensive case management services.

Operates 36-bed shelter for families experiencing homelessness, including couples and parents with children, who may have been evicted, victims of fire or domestic violence, or stranded in the city and in need of shelter. Crisis intervention is provided. Bridge Housing Program provided for families who have completed the Emergency Shelter Program.

Provides temporary housing for homeless families in a boarding house type environment. A case manager works with each family to create an action plan to obtain permanent housing upon leaving the program in a four-month time frame.

Provides transitional housing for homeless male veterans. The program aims to service male veterans who are homeless and may have post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance abuse problems, mental illness, dual diagnosis, and those who are disabled.
