Assist street homeless men and women to connect to community resources as they strive to move from homelessness to self-sufficiency. * Social Security Representative Payee Program: Provides financial monitoring and fund administration to individuals receiving social security who are unable to manage their own finances.

Provides assistance accessing benefits, and shelter to Veterans with limited or no access to care. Helps find shelter for Veterans who, due to health or means, are unable to find or keep shelter of their own, and Post Traumatic Stress resources to Veterans through our Veterans Unstoppable program. Provides assistance with nationwide integrated medical care in the future. Offers a hot meal daily. Provides drop-in center for individuals experiencing homelessness. Acts as warning and cooling center during periods of extreme cold/heat. Showers, personal grooming supplies, and temporary mailing address are available.

Provides non-perishable food, personal care items, cleaning supplies, and paper products.

Offers packed lunches and dinners as well as clothing and toiletries to those in need.

Offers grocery items, infant formula, diapers, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and paper products for eligible individuals and families.

Offers support with pregnancy tests, maternity clothing, personal hygiene items, baby essentials, parenting skills training, and relationship/ marriage support classes for both parents. Parenting classes earn Baby Bucks that can be used toward items such as strollers and car seats.

Offers primary care such as preventive medical, eye and dental. Prescriptive assistance, education for the client and general population regarding the availability and proper use of health services, mental health referral services as necessary, drug and alcohol referrals services, housing referral s, assistance in obtaining health insurance and when needed socks and personal care items.

Provides free community meals at multiple York locations on specific days each month. Offers the following: breakfast, snack bags, personal hygiene items, and occasional clothing at St. James Lutheran Church; community dinner in partnership with LifePath Ministries with clothing available at Union Lutheran Church; breakfast with clothing and food pantry access at Union Lutheran Church; and breakfast and dinner at Asbury United Methodist Church.
