Provides the following services: A Transfer Station, Express Services to Harrisburg (15N), Freedom Transit, Ride the trolley, Transit Connections, Freedom Transit connects via the 15N rabbitEXPRESS to Amtrak- Harrisburg Station and a connection to the Harrisburg International Airport (HIA/MDT) via the Capital Area Transit (CAT) bus, and also connects to the 83N.

Provides transportation services in the form of fixed bus routes, rural routes, and Medical Assistance programs. ADA program is available for persons with disabilities. PWD program available for persons with disabilities outside fixed route area.

Provides share-ride, flex-route shuttle service to transport people to local businesses in the Airport Corridor of Pittsburgh.

Provides older adults ages 65+ the ability to remain connected to the community by arranging friendly home visits from volunteers.
