Program that provides door-to-door (or curb-to-curb) transportation for purposes of shopping, banking, social events, medical appointments, getting to and from work, and similar activities for people with disabilities who need special accommodations and are unable to utilize other available means of transportation. Also included are programs that provide transportation for youngsters with disabilities who have no other means of accessing necessary specialized services and activities.

Provides transportation services to clients of Centre County Government and other social service agencies. Centre County transportation is a "shared ride" demand-response service.

Transportation service is offered to qualified individuals with intellectual disabilities/autism needing non-medical transportation. Service provided on case by case situational basis.

Provides door-to-door shared-ride service at discount price. Service goes to malls, groceries, or to other needed locations.

Provides bus service in Pottstown and adjacent communities. Also provides a curb-to-curb service to individuals with disabilities.

Provides home care service, personal care service, and non medical transportation services.

Provides the following support services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. - Assistive Technology - Behavioral Support Services - Companion Services - Community Participation Supports - Direct Support Professionals - In-Home and Community Supports - Shift Nursing LPN/RN Services - Transportation Vendor Services

Offers curb-to-curb and door-to-door service for riders requiring a wheelchair lift and unable to use a fixed route bus.

Provides curb-to-curb paratransit service to any individual with a qualified disability.

Provides transportation one-way to any given location being considered a trip. For example, taking an individual from home to work and then back again is considered two trips.

Supports individuals with disabilities in finding competitive employment in the community to enjoy a productive, inclusive, and fulfilling life, which may lead to self-sufficiency. Provides services such as individual assessment, career counseling, job referral, job development, job coaching, and ongoing support. Facilitates student transitions to the workforce and offers links to additional support and resources. Supplies assistive technology and coordinates transportation.

Provides the following services: PARATRANSIT SHARED RIDE TRANSPORATION.

Provides dignified transportation in private vehicles to seniors and visually impaired. Service may be used for any purpose without restrictions.

Provides hot meals on a regular basis and opportunities for recreation and socialization.

Provides paratransit service to individuals with an eligible disability traveling within the public bus service areas of Westmoreland County. The paratransit service will be provided to all individuals certified as eligible, from origins and destination within 3/4 mile corridors of existing bus routes.

Provides individuals with rides to medical appointments, shopping, recreational activities, jobs, and appointments at social service agencies.

Provides free curb-to-curb transportation for residents ages 65 and older anywhere in the township boundaries, plus The Pavilion shopping center in Abington and the Jenkintown-Wyncote Train Station.

Provides shared ride service for persons who have a disability and are ages 18 to 64, living in Westmoreland County, and needing transportation to or from an area not served by existing transportation services.

Provides non-emergency paratransit transportation to medical appointment. Transportation is available to travel anywhere within the service area.

Services operate Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on STEP-observed holidays and are available to anyone living in or visiting Lycoming and Clinton counties. Transportation is available to travel anywhere within the service area consisting of the following counties: Lycoming, Clinton, Centre, Union, Northumberland, Columbia, Snyder, and Montour. Transportation fares per one-way trip are based on ride sponsorships and a zone-based, miles-driven fare structure. Refer to the fares and sponsorship information for more information. Consumers must reserve their ride before noon of the preceding business day. Some consumers may be eligible for enrollment in transportation sponsoring programs, which make fares reasonable.
