Provides the following services: PARATRANSIT SHARED RIDE TRANSPORATION.

Offers transportation options to specific waivered participants, in addition to other contracts, through community service providers.

Shared-ride paratransit service is available to individuals with a disability, and do not have another source of transportation, at reduced fares.

Provides transportation for seniors and those with disabilities to medical and other wellness appointments throughout the Wyoming Valley. Wheelchair-accessible vans provide point-to-point transportation.

Provides transportation that allows access to medical and pharmacy needs only. Department will assess the mode of transportation to be provided. Destinations must be to medical assistance providers only. No exceptions.

Provides origin to destination service for people. If necessary, COLTS drivers can help you to the door. All COLTS vans are equipped with a lift to assist in accessing the vehicle if the lift and vehicle and physically accommodate the customer. The vans also have safety straps for mobility devices.

Provides hot meals on a regular basis and opportunities for recreation and socialization.

Provides assistance to individuals who are blind and visually-impaired. Services include help with household chores and personal care, transportation and companion/escort for appointments, shopping/errand running, assistance with filling out forms and reading mail,

Provides transportation for individuals whose disability prevents them from using a public bus, by providing taxi services that mirrors the public bus service.

Provides escorted rides directly to and from medical appointments, banks, grocery stores, and other necessary appointments. Volunteers also shop for individuals who can not leave their homes, carry groceries, and/or put away the food.

Provides veterans with In-home personal care services, assistance with grocery shopping and meal preparations/feeding, assistance with personal hygiene routine and dressing, providing medication reminders, transportation and assistance with doctor's appointments, help with managing cleaning the home and laundry, community support services, access to wellness group activities, opportunities for social interaction, training sessions supporting independent living, assistive technology

Provides public transportation services throughout Pittsburgh and Allegheny County, including bus, light rail, incline, and paratransit services.

Provide people with visual impairments the skills, supports, and solutions that advance their self-sufficiency. Offers lIfe skills education support services, technology solutions, and preventive services.

Offers curb-to-curb and door-to-door service for riders requiring a wheelchair lift and unable to use a fixed route bus.

Services operate Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on STEP-observed holidays and are available to anyone living in or visiting Lycoming and Clinton counties. Transportation is available to travel anywhere within the service area consisting of the following counties: Lycoming, Clinton, Centre, Union, Northumberland, Columbia, Snyder, and Montour. Transportation fares per one-way trip are based on ride sponsorships and a zone-based, miles-driven fare structure. Refer to the fares and sponsorship information for more information. Consumers must reserve their ride before noon of the preceding business day. Some consumers may be eligible for enrollment in transportation sponsoring programs, which make fares reasonable.

Provides transportation/Escort to enable visual impaired individuals to safely reach facilities and essential community resources for such purposes as banking, shopping, receipt of support services, and material assistance. These services include door to door transportation to and from all medical appointments.

Provides adult services transportation for seniors with valid medical card and those with low income.

Provides a shared-ride transportation program. Sharing a ride with another client requires flexibility to leave early or arrive home later because multiple schedules have to be coordinated. Door-to-door service is offered, provided there's a clear and safe pathway from the client's home to the bus door, and the lane or driveway is safe for both buses and transporting clients.

Provides rural transportation for people with disabilities at a reduced cost.
