Provides shared ride services in Butler County. Also manages Butler County Transportation for Persons with Disabilities, Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP), Welfare-to-Work Transportation (PennDot), and other related transportation services.

Provides low or no cost transportation determined through an application process, providing door-to-door service for people in need. Those eligible can take the LIFT to medical appointments, shopping and recreational activities.

Provides veterans with In-home personal care services, assistance with grocery shopping and meal preparations/feeding, assistance with personal hygiene routine and dressing, providing medication reminders, transportation and assistance with doctor's appointments, help with managing cleaning the home and laundry, community support services, access to wellness group activities, opportunities for social interaction, training sessions supporting independent living, assistive technology

Provides prenatal and postpartum care to women and children - 1st trimester up to 24 months of child's age. Assists with insurance, obtaining a medical provider, transportation, parenting assistance, and general client advocacy. Focuses on education, outreach, case management, interconceptional care, maternal depression, and health and screening.

Provides transportation to local appointments. All services are dependent upon volunteer availability. A three to four day call ahead to set up transportation with a volunteer is needed.

Consumers with Medical Assistance are eligible to receive transportation to medical appointments and services covered by Medical Assistance.

Provides non-emergency paratransit transportation to medical appointment. Transportation is available to travel anywhere within the service area.

Offers free health services, including blood pressure screenings, a Medivan service for residents who need transportation to Canonsburg General Hospital for testing or surgery, and community health programs.

Provides local rides for seniors and disabled persons for transportation to medical appointments, pharmacy pickup, light grocery shopping, and Royalton Senior Center.

Provides the following services: PARATRANSIT SHARED RIDE TRANSPORATION.

Provides transportation that allows access to medical and pharmacy needs only. Department will assess the mode of transportation to be provided. Destinations must be to medical assistance providers only. No exceptions.

Offers transportation to non-emergency medical appointments VA medical facilities: University Drive, HJ Heinz, and the Monroeville Outpatient Clinic. Scheduling must be made prior to 2 PM on the Friday prior to your VA appointment. Please note that seating is limited; availability is not guaranteed.

Offers in-home senior care. Services include companionship, personal care, meal preparation and nutrition, transportation, housekeeping, respite care, hospice care, 24-hour care, and live-in care.

Provides transportation to and from employment and other human/social service appointments with collaborating agencies that own 12-15 passenger vans. These agencies work in partnership with 360TCI.

Provides transportation to non-emergency medical services. Curb-to-curb transportation is provided if rider cannot use public transit or does not have access to a private vehicle. Door to door and wheelchair lift-equipped service is provided if requested. Reimbursement for public transit or mileage also available.

Provides transportation for the community to manage medical appointments in and out of town.

Home repairs for disabled and low income Venango County homeowners through a referral from a Venango County Human Services caseworker.

Services operate Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on STEP-observed holidays and are available to anyone living in or visiting Lycoming and Clinton counties. Transportation is available to travel anywhere within the service area consisting of the following counties: Lycoming, Clinton, Centre, Union, Northumberland, Columbia, Snyder, and Montour. Transportation fares per one-way trip are based on ride sponsorships and a zone-based, miles-driven fare structure. Refer to the fares and sponsorship information for more information. Consumers must reserve their ride before noon of the preceding business day. Some consumers may be eligible for enrollment in transportation sponsoring programs, which make fares reasonable.

Provides eligible passengers that meet the income requirements transportation to social service agencies.

Provide rides to senior centers, banks, grocery stores, doctor and hospital appointments, other medical appointments and other agencies, when no other means of transportation is available.

Assists individuals who receive medical assistance in recovery from mental health conditions and addiction. Assists individuals in finding doctors, counselors, and other medical professionals, assist with get transportation to appointments, helping to ensure appropriate treatment and direct individuals to services that will be covered by their insurance.

Coordinates volunteer transportation assistance for ambulatory older adults to medical appointments. Limited to residents of the following school districts: Quaker Valley, Ambridge, Moon, and Cornell.
