Serves as an outreach program that works with other programs to avoid duplication of services. Provides a food pantry, referrals, bus passes, utility relief, prescription assistance, spiritual care, and special seasonal/holiday programs.

Offers a medical transportation program funded through Sanofi, in cooperation with Pocono Mountains United Way. All appointments must start from and end at locations in Monroe County.

Offers transportation and mileage reimbursement, mass transit, and paratransit service for those meeting program guidelines through the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services who do not have transportation available to them.

The Senior Free Transit Program is made possible through funding by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The program offers free public bus transportation for senior citizens ages 65 and over on all routes at all times.
