Debt forgiveness credits are applied directly to participants' electric service accounts in recognition of payments that are made on time and paid in-full. The goals of PCAP are to:

• Improve ability to make a payment
• Reduce consumption of electricity (eligible PCAP customers must participate in WARM)
• Reduce electric account debt

2) Customer Assistance & Referral Evaluation Services Program (CARES): Provides assistance on a short-term basis to payment-troubled residential customers. Based upon the circumstances, company CARES representatives make referrals to social agencies and provide information on appropriate company and/or external programs. CARES is open to:

• any customer 60 years

One-time emergency assistance (based on funding availability) Intended for households experiencing hardship or pending shutoff Income eligibility typically up to 150% of the Federal Poverty Level Limited funding; assistance is provided on a case-by-case basis UGI Utilities Assistance SCA partners with UGI Utilities to assist eligible customers through the Customer Assistance Program (CAP) and Operation Share Energy Fund. These programs help households manage natural gas costs and prevent disconnection through reduced payment plans and emergency grants. Customer Assistance Program (CAP) CAP helps eligible customers lower their monthly gas bills based on income and usage. The program also offers potential arrearage forgiveness when customers remain in good standing. Operation Share Energy Fund Operation Share provides one-time emergency assistance for households facing financial crisis or utility disconnection. UGI Eligibility Requirements To qualify for CAP or Operation Share, households must: Meet income guidelines (generally at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level) Have an active UGI account with UGI as the primary gas supplier Reside at the service address with the account in their name Provide proof of household income (last 30 days) Be reviewed for UGI/PUC eligibility requirements Note: Landlords, non-eligible account types (including certain rental or third-party accounts), and ineligible service classifications do not qualify. All applicants are subject to program and utility verification.
