Assists individuals to submit Dollar Energy applications for utility payment assistance

Provides one-time financial assistance in the form of a rent, mortgage, or utility payment for individuals who are facing eviction or a utility shutoff. Also assists with finding housing, and budgeting and money management skills.

Provides financial assistance for medical and therapy expenses, utilities, and food. Also offers a sensory gym, emotional support, social events, and physical activities.

Provides planning guides, applications and information to receive financial benefits, and a link to receive temporary emergency financial assistance for Veterans residing in Pennsylvania.

Provides application assistance for utility bill payment assistance programs including LIHEAP and Crisis Utility Bill Grants, UESF Utility Bill and Oil Grants, PGW's Customer Responsibility Program, and PECO's Customer Assistance Program. Also assists with Weatherization Program and energy and budge counseling. Refers clients who may need additional financial assistance to pay utility bills to other agencies and/or community organizations that can assist.

Provides assistance to households that have experienced economic insecurity and have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. ERAP provides tenant households assistance with rental costs and utilities to include past money owed. This funding source may be different from other county COVID-19 Emergency Rent Payament Assistance Programs. In some cases both funds may be used. County case managers will be able to offer guidance.

Provides utility assistance, employment aid, and short-term transportation assistance.

Provides emergency assistance such as help with emergency food, rent and utilities on a case by case basis contingent upon available funds. Also makes referrals to other county agencies and programs.

Provides temporary assistance with housing and utility bills for Conemaugh Township residents only.

Provides one-time water service payment assistance grants to Pennsylvania American Water (PAW) customers that are applied directly to their utility bill. Maximum grant amount is $500. If applicants are eligible and programs are open, applicants must apply for LIHEAP and CRISIS before applying for this program. If a customer's utility service is off or in threat of termination when they apply and the maximum grant amount will not restore service or stop termination, the application will be denied.

Provides Utility assistance and/or mediation services for eligible clients experiencing difficulty with utility payments. Intensive follow-up and referral services are provided. Emergency Direct Assistance for financially struggling individuals and families in crisis seeking assistance for such things as food, clothing, shelter, rent, household utility expenses and similar miscellaneous living needs. May also offer seasonal assistance, such as Back-to-School and Project Bundle-Up where funds are available.

Provides limited financial aid (as funding is available) for partial rental assistance, first months rent and water assistance in emergency situations on a case by case basis. Rent can not be more than one month behind. Water can not have a shut off notice or owe more that $500. Does not cover the full amount owed. One time payment.
