City of Williamsport - Police Records and Reports

The Williamsport Police Department Records Bureau is responsible for the maintenance of all reports (e.g. incident reports), the storage and safekeeping of all evidence and property, the completion of criminal background checks, and the processing of requests for copies of police reports and records. They do not furnish copies of criminal reports, however, in the event of loss due to theft, burglary, etc. will complete a verification that includes the date reported, location, time reported, victim, incident number, and officer taking the report.
