Helps teach financial literacy and responsibility, while providing guidance, and ultimately helping to cover the costs associated with permanent transportation. Offers vehicle repair/purchase up to $2,000 and new driver assistance including, up to $1,000 for new drivers including licensing and education.

Offers programs of classes in culinary arts, fashion design/branding, cosmetology, makeup and skincare, financial literacy, resume writing, music, and introduction to barbering. Provides job readiness coaching, peer mentoring, and group therapy sessions. Also provides case management and support services including emergency temporary housing; assistance with utility, rent, and phone bill payments; transportation; nutrition services; work attire; hygiene support; medical support; and more.

OIC's Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program helps veterans find a job and connect to housing. Services include one-on-one vocational counseling, job training opportunities, resume preparation, job search assistance in our computer lab, free literacy classes, workshops on employment readiness, networking and career workshops, financial literacy workshops, transportation and clothing assistance, as well as a job and housing locators.

Provides financial literacy education and one-on-one money management counseling

Provides emergency relief for bills and rent to prevent termination or eviction as well as offers assistance for security deposits. Can also help with car repairs by purchasing replacement car parts (up to $250), but will not cover the cost of labor.

Provide supportive services for residents that includes adult education, English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, self-sufficiency programs, youth recreation centers, libraries, summer recreation programs, senior support services, two childcare centers, a dental office, a health clinic, domestic abuse counseling, Headstart, education incentives, summer internships for residents in college, a nursing center, scouting and resident tenant councils. Public Housing and Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance for income eligible individuals and families

Provides low-income residents of Bucks County with the education, resources and skills necessary to thrive independent of government assistance. Conducts comprehensive assessment. Pairs clients with a Self Sufficiency Coach who helps to design an individual education and employment plan and meets with client weekly for up to five years.

Offers a high school internship program focused on entrepreneurship, technology, and financial literacy. Participants will receive a $595 stipend throughout the school year and a paid summer internship. Interns will have the opportunity to learn all facets of business operations first hand. Those required to complete community service hours can do so through our program.

Empowers and coaches low-income families to attain a family-sustaining wage in order to achieve and maintain economic self-sufficiency and live free of public assistance. Provides resources to bridge the gap between public assistance and stability.

Supports fathers and father figures through educational programs and career development assistance. Stipends are provided to enrolled clients who participate in sessions to help assist with transportation, food, or childcare expenses incurred while participating. Offers family outings, certificates and certifications, and provides information about and referrals to additional services.

CADB is dedicated to improving the quality of life in Bethlehem through resident-led neighborhood revitalization initiatives focused on community-identified priorities. CADB staff provide direct support to low- to moderate-income tenants and homeowners in Bethlehem facing housing challenges. Current services and programs include Southside Tomorrow, a neighborhood-led community development initiative; an exterior rehabilitation and weatherization program; a tenant advocacy and mediation program; support for the Alley House Program; and leadership training and support for the Pembroke Choice Neighborhoods community ambassadors.

Provides two weeks of life skills and job readiness training, mentoring (continues post-program), trauma-informed group counseling, and job finding assistance. Participants receive a $15.00 per hour stipend and a daily complimentary meal.

Partners with Wells Fargo to offer economic education programs and competitions such as Hands-On Banking, Business Idea Lab, Dollars & Sense Youth Investment Competition, and Junior Investment Club. Provides early opportunities for students to learn financial literacy, investing, and entrepreneurship with chances to win laptops, college scholarships, gift certificates, and cash prizes.

Provides advice sessions in person, by phone, or a video conference call with experienced volunteers who can help enhance and develop the tools, skills, and confidence needed to be successful in today’s job market. Also provides free financial consultations.
