Community Action Lehigh Valley - Community Action Development Corporation of Bethlehem

CADB is dedicated to improving the quality of life in Bethlehem through resident-led neighborhood revitalization initiatives focused on community-identified priorities. CADB staff provide direct support to low- to moderate-income tenants and homeowners in Bethlehem facing housing challenges. Current services and programs include Southside Tomorrow, a neighborhood-led community development initiative; an exterior rehabilitation and weatherization program; a tenant advocacy and mediation program; support for the Alley House Program; and leadership training and support for the Pembroke Choice Neighborhoods community ambassadors.
