CEO will be operating the VITA Program as a drop-off site where clients can drop-off their tax documents and pick-up completed tax returns when done. Only face-to face contact with clients will be the person verifying identity, eligibility, and making certain all tax documents, forms, and signatures are in the drop-off packet at time of drop-off. Only complete packets will be accepted.
